Flexibility and scalability were the design objectives for SafeScene's wireless communications capabilities.  We understand the tremendous growth of wireless in the public safety marketplace and the importance of providing investment protection with SafeScene's wireless capabilities.

Integrated into the standard SafeScene Gateway is very versatile 802.11 wireless networking capability that allows for peer-to-peer, ad hoc networking directly between the Gateway and notebook or tablet computers and also provides connectivity over virtually any wireless network, including wireless local area networks and wireless mesh networks.

Besides being first responders themselves, SafeScene's developers have been involved in the design, development and support of wireless networks for over ten years.  We have experience with and are certified partners of virtually every wireless networking manufacturer, including Motorola, BelAir Networks, Cisco Systems, Proxim, Aruba Networks and others.
